By embracing the cold water as medicine, we create a sacred space for individuals to unlock their inner healing potential, fostering a deep connection with themselves and nature. Who We Are
The name we are given is lunatics, for self inflicting cold plunges in 50 degree water.
Uncomfortability is a flow state we tend to chase for mental clarity and grounding.
This facility is meant to push you into spaces you didn't know you could withstand or grow. We built this place to have the community grow mentally, physically and emotionally. We are calling all adventure enthusiasts, fitness fanatics, wellness seekers, and chronic pain suffers.
The Owner of COLD AF first got into cold plunges when running cross country, she noticed the benefits immediately. Later she began to notice she was at war with anxiety, with day to day living and the cold water became medicine. She wants to share this medicine with you guys, and encourage a community of strong willed, clear headed, stress managing, divine beings.
